GETTING TO SUN VALLEY
Getting to Sun Valley can be an adventure itself! We recommend arranging your travel plans as soon as possible. Note that “Sun Valley” is both the name of the ski resort and a part of town with accommodations and a village. Ketchum is the quaint downtown area and is where the weekend events are located.

TAXI/SHUTTLE SERVICES
The Friedman Memorial Airport is 20 minutes from town. There are very few Ubers and taxis at the airport, so make sure to coordinate both your arrival and departure in advance. Some hotels have pick-up/drop-off options for the airport.

GETTING AROUND & LOCAL TRANSPORT
If you are not staying at a hotel, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the local FREE bus service, Mountain Rides, which runs every 15-30 minutes and drops passengers at a variety of locations in Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Hailey.

If you choose to stay out of town and off the Mountain Rides route, we recommend renting a car.
